Ahh great answers everyone! I'm gonna man handle it! And riding it through could be interesting. considering 4" single step and 1m width.

if you cant get it over the step try putting a brick or something hard under the step to make it a bit easier to climb

I work in carpentry so I built a ramp, what you can do is also put a car wheel ramp to make it up the steps. They sell them at discount auto parts or advanced auto parts
