#25 past two r6's both gp shift.


Shermoto levers,hotbodies undertail,gytr exhaust,05 Header mod for full exhaust,flash tune with PC Tune,puig double bubble windscreen,flushmounts. free fender eliminator,Renthal grips and some luck.

Yea, I've seen where you run it outside the frame. The How-To I seen has you making a couple bends in the rod. I might try it when I'm not planning to ride for a bit. I don't want to break the rod with riding days coming up!

What y'all talking about bending the rod and moving it outside the frame? On the 3rd gen you just flip the link.. This pics shows how mine was gp shifted.

OE shift rod bent to go outside the frame, make sure the bend closest to the peg is far enough back that it doesn't hit the frame when shifting(bought a spare off ebay for $10 in case I ever sell it or want to go back):


Flip this arm up and pointing out and the shift rod will connect about where my finger is pointing (vola, free GP shift on 1st gen) :

Dude whats the deal with the front sprocket cover, its missing???

Ad I will try gp shifting this coming summer.

I heard sometimes the fairing gets in the way? Or is that the reason why you have to have an aftermarket rear set
