I'm in Southern California, a dealer where I bought mine is running the same deal on the 2016s as they did when I got my 2014, $8,990.00. With tax (9.00%), license, docs, dealer freight and prep, it was $11,028.00 OTD.
Yeah I'm looking at the 600 class sport bikes right now. Years 15' 16' hell even 14' if there's one to be found new.
I've had a 300 for a while and I've outgrown it.
It's great for twisties but when I'm with buddies on the freeway it's not so awesome.
I'm not in the same market as you (DFW, TX), but my OTD was $11K ('14 in Dec. '14). If I had gone with a carryover, it would have been a grand or so less. It, also, would have been a smarter choice/decision:frown:. Good luck, man.
What is this track discount? I unfortunately haven't had the chance to go to that track yet =/
I actually bought a bike from Roseville Yamaha before haha.
