You might be able to get something to go over if you can find a long enough replacement bolt to go from the barend thru the guard into the guard mount but personally I think that wouldn't look that great because no bar end will match the cut and contour on the lever guard itself.
Do you have any recommendations as for what lever guards i should get? Im going to get rid of thses since i cant install bar ends as well, i know it sounds like its a bit of over kill wanting both but i really want both (its my first fresh out the dealer bike)
Lane splitting is legal where im from and I ride the streets aggressively borderline reckless and if I were to clip a car while lane splitting I dont want to loose a finger or two
Woodcraft also makes bar ends now that will hold their lever guards
