NEW PRICE!!! selling my very good condition Brembo HP calipers. these will stop you on a dime!! they will work awesome with anyone who already has an aftermarket master and lines.
they come with a fairly new set of galfer pads, bolts, and banjo bolts.( stock banjo are different threads).
asking 600$$$plus shipping. this is a steal compared to what i paid.
thanks for looking
I'd need a back up set because my r6 is race only and I generally chew through a couple sets a year. What master are you using with these? I'm trying to convince myself to get them. The exchange rate to cdn is just such crap right now that I'm having a hard time justifying it
i was using rcs19. best braking system ever!! ( i am being biased, lol). if you tweak the adjust ments right, you can do 1 finger stoppies easy. i was braking way later on corners with this set up.
I've got the same rotors , I've ridden a bike with these and almost got tossed, they were beyond awesome. Sadly the exchange rate is just too ****ed up right now for me to consider these. It's like 35% and that just hurts too much. If it was better I'd be all over them. Good luck
Just out of curiosity, how would these work with the OEM rotors and master cylinder? Would there be a noticeable improvement or is it one of those things that if you add these you should really do the master cylinder and rotors also? Too bad I don't have a superbike lol
i never used them with oem rotors, but the r6 oem rotors hold up really well. i did have it set up with the stock master and braided lines before getting my rcs and it was big difference.
I didn't quite understand when you mentioned it earlier, but you were saying that you used "Galfer pads" with these calipers? Were those pads specific to these calipers or would they fit the standard R6 calipers also? Basically I'm curious if you could use a set of Vesrah Super RJLs for the stock R6 calipers with these calipers?
The R6 pads wont fit these calipers, they need a different style pad with two pins at the top and a curved end. Believe they are older Ducati style pads. You can get SRJLs for them, just cant use the R6 ones
