I can't comment on those particularly, but LED's need large heat sinks due to the amount of heat the ballasts create, so that might cause installation issues with the R6 headlight housing. I also know nothing of the quality, but the cheaper brands use poor heat sink designs which often fail so just keep an eye out for cheap products.
Also if your going for function then I would compare the Lumens for the HID vs the LED but remember you want the output for just one bulb since that is how our bikes operate. For awhile LED's could not produce the same beam pattern at comparative lumens, but that might have changed since last time I looked. Just food for thought.
HID's really should be installed with projectors for proper and complete function.
