For getting my plugs out of the hole I just stuck my coil back in the hole once the plug is loose and it'll grab it then pull the coil back out. Easy as pie.

Got this done last night. Getting the AIS off is definitely the worst part on the 06. Thanks for the write up, mate.

An easy way to remove and install the plugs is with a piece of fuel line. Slip the line over the plug and thread it in. A plus doing it this way is you wontdamaga or change the gap when you drop the plug into the hole.
To install, push the plug into the end of the hose and install.

Do you install the heat shield part back on prior to installing the air filter? Thanks again saved me 260 In taking into shop.
