As some of you know I'm in the air force, and I've been at a crossroads lately with my ex and my future. I've decided to try my hand at the air force special forces.
I have about 6 months before my 4 year mark and I'll be using this time to train and prepare myself as best I can for the 50 week training that will come if I'm accepted.
My current workout:
- 100 pull-ups in as few sets as possible Run 1/4 mile in 90 seconds in between sets of pull-ups
- 200 pushups in as few sets as possible Run 1/4 mile in 90 seconds in between sets of push-ups
- 300 sit-ups in as few sets as possible Run 1/4 mile in 90 seconds in between sets of sit-ups
I'll be striving to complete this by the end of month three.
Day 1: 31 pullups, 82 sit ups, 1.4 miles, 30 mins.
Got a long way to go, but this is after a 2 month hiatus from the world to include the gym.
