Re: Fork height

My 09 forks are at the stock height, but would it be beneficial/better for them to be flush? My bike is strictly track so I'd like to get the best out of it even though it's good enough now.

Had my suspension set up by Dave Moss, but didn't bother to ask him about the fork height at the time. He didn't mention anything either, so I assumed it best to leave it.

I can tell I've spent too much time around people on the internet, because somehow I actually understood that..

To solve the problem, twist that thing by your right hand.

Things I am sick of explaining on this forum:
  • What's the difference between an R6 and an R6s? HERE
  • Should I start on a 600 or a 250? HERE
  • How do I ask the forum a question and actually get an answer? HERE
  • Where do I find a map for my Bazzaz? HERE
  • Should I get a 520 kit for MOA POWAH? HERE
  • How does rotating mass work? HERE

It's personal preference. Take them out for a session the way they are, then lower them a notch for a session, then put them flush for a session and see what you like best.
