I have a 2008 R6s that isn't firing on #4. I'm changing out the spark plugs but I do not know what type of spark plug to get. I know NGK CR10EK but should I be getting the Copper, Iridium, Platinum or what? What are the Pros and Cons for each one in a bike. Obviously if it's not supposed to be in a bike just say so.
I beleive the CR10EK is actually in reference to the standard electrode material. The CR10EX would be the iridium one.
Iridium is supposed to be slightly more robust and last longer, but if you change your spark plugs at the interval suggested in the manual the EK is fine.
