Hey guys i have a gytr exhaust with the 05 header mod with o2 sensor on my 07 r6, iam currently running a akra map on it dont have the money for a custom tunbe yet, but when iam on a dead stop and pull on the throttle it seems to have a lean on it until it gets to 3.5 to 4k rpms then it pulls normal . does this mean i need to add fuel % or decrease fuel %??? thanks
yea thats exactly whats going on , after that its fine. I can only imagine its because theres no back pressure. any way i can adjust the tunning or any advice from anyone to add or decrease fuel on it?
Make sure you only do it above the 0% throttle range, and not to go past 4k rpm with your changes. And don't be too drastic either. Like -5% to start with... then work from there.
Doubt it. Most people take out the slack to begin with. As long as it's not too tight- like to where it idles higher than normal- then you should be fine.
Yea thats what i tought too, going to mess with the tunning again and see if i can take a lil fuel at a time and hope it runs better thanks for ur help
