With a full exhaust, you will feel (and see if you dyno before and after) a substantial increase in power across the entire rev range, especially from 4k up. the torque will increase as well. The PC helps dial in the A/F ratios to optomize things. It is a huge difference and greatly helped bring more power on from 3k -6k where you need it on the street.
This was my experience with an '05 R6 and with todays designs as top heavy as they are to get the top end HP up at the sacrifice of the mid band, it should be a even larger difference on the '07s.
If your budget allows, do the slide stops and velocity stacks at the same time so you only have to dial it in once. It isn't much more for these 2 mods and well worth it.
