Motul cleaning products from Chief

After sometime, I'm able to do a review on some Motul cleaning products, I bought from Ant (ChiefSmokeDawg) from Bauce Racing!

Bath time...

After the wax, drying and spraying on the shine...

Close up of the shine...

A walk around...

I love this stuff! Motul makes some great cleaning products for motorcycles! Plus, it was great to deal with Ant! Great communication and fast shipping! Can't say enough about Motul or Ant from Bauce Racing! A+++

Re: Motul cleaning products from Chief

That looks good, but I use meguiars car wash mixed in a spray bottle with water and a new microfiber for cleaning the paint, then the meguiars clay bar if it needs it, and then finish up wiht a couple of light coats of pinnacle paste wax. I use a soft pad applicator to put it down, and then a new microfiber to pull it off. I know what youre thinking, pinnacle at just over $100 per tub is highway robbery when a good carnuba at the autozone is only $20. And if you have never seen the shine of a clean smooth paint job with an extremely high quality wax, you might not notice the difference. Ill tell you what though, the paint on my ducati looks 3 feet deep, like you could almost reach into it, like that web, deep, perfectly glossed shine. And ive waxed the bike 6 times now and have barely even made a dent in the tub. They say close to 30 wax jobs on a passenger car per tub. Thats like $3 per wax job....about what it costs to apply that wax shit at the car wash that does ZERO to protect your paint.

Anyway, I like meguiars, with pinnacle paste. The meguiars 40 vinyl and rubber is amazing as well. It leaves a medium gloss shine that doesn't make your car look like you bought the shiniest shit at the parts store. Its got a classy, not audacious gloss to it that looks expensive. The downside is that it smells kinda funky. I apply it with an applicator pad and lightly wipe it dry with a lint free microfiber cloth.

Randomly though, I use the Motul Motowash on my dirt bike and my wife's quad on all but super muddy outings. It works good at releasing dirt, especially if you let it soak a little bit. It makes it pretty much a hose the shit off affair. I love the Moto Wash

I'm assuming you use the souveran paste. Have you ever seen the XMT from Pinnacle?

Washing is one way of cleaning, namely with water and often some kind of soap or detergent. Washing is an essential part of good hygiene and health.

In Europe, some people (especially Italians) use a bidet to wash their external genitalia after using the toilet.

Yeah, the sovereign paste. I havent seen it but the place I get it sells that. The guy at the shop has a red Ducati 916 and a red 308 ferrari that look like they came off the showroom floor yesterday. The Ducati I have seen him ride and it has 33k miles on it. He uses the sovereign, and I trust him.

The best parts store wax I found was the the meguiars ultimate. Its great looking was for $20. I still use it on my car and truck and it looks good and stays nice looking. It goes on light and covers quick and smooth. Overall decent, but its not pinnacle.
