SC2 is a race compound, so the only recommended pressures you're going to get for that are for track use. If I were to use it on the street I'd probably aim for 32/30 F/R when warm, so about 2psi lower when cold for back road riding, and just see how it feels and wears. Maybe something like 34 or 35 if just cruising on the highway.
it IS a DOT tire though... 36 in the front is what I would use when the tire is up to temp... faster guys use more. Front tire pressures dont go up like the rears unless youre putting serious brake forces to the tire.
Of course those #s are from a gauge thats been bench marked to a tire vendors.
Like I mentioned, there isn't one, and as you can see not everyone is in agreement on what they would do. Tell us what kind of riding you do and we can offer some better suggestions. Highway commuting? Zipping around town? Weekend canyon fun?
i too like to have a lbs or so less in the front. for street tires, i just go with what the manufacturer recommends on the sticker on the swingarm
