How far from Houston do you have to go to find a mountain or some hills with a good set of twisties to ride? I am new to the area and wouldn't mind driving to a good place to ride with the bike in the back of the truck and camping somewhere while I ride.

Re: Twisties

Tons of stuff in the hill country. Look around the Fredericksburg area. I bought my bike down in Kerrville and hauled it back. Some of the roads had me wishing I was riding back.

2009 Yamaha R6 Raven, BAUCE ECU flash, K&N filter, Agg Racing block-offs, M4 mid-pipe w/Yoshi Ti TRC can, Galfer lines, EBC HH front pads, Zero Gravity DB, DDM HIDs, Hotbodies smoked flushmounts, Lockhart Phillips smoked integrated tail, TST Industries Elite-1 fender kit
