You will need the entire front end of the bike you are swapping to: upper and lower triples, forks, wheel, brake calipers, clipons, master cylinder, axle, everything. Is it worth it? Not really. Yeah the radial calipers are snazzy and obscenely powerful, and the upside down forks look neat and are stiffer, but unless you're racing you won't get much if any actual benefit from the swap.

A less expensive option is to replace the springs, oil and valves in the current forks with stuff that is more appropriate to your riding style and weight. That will make a bigger and better difference than swapping out the entire front end from something else. As it happens, in order to get any benefit at all from the different front end you would have to do the springs, valves and oil anyway... Most people never do anything to their forks unless they blow an oil seal, so replacing the old stuff (possibly 9 years old in the case of your bike) will make it feel like a whole new bike.

While you're in there I would also recommend upgrading the brake lines to stainless steel lines. When you do that you will be getting new brake fluid as well, which will make a bigger difference than most people suspect.
