So i want to raise the bike back up. from 3in to 1in, because the vortex dog bone only allow the bike to be at 1in or 3in drop. So i was wondering when i raise it back up to 1in do i have to adjust the suppension in the back? or do i just leave the suppension as it is and just mess with the dog bone?
Thank a lot
You should go back through the suspension sag, rebound and compression settings to be accurate. Changing the linkage has an effect on the linkage ratio and thereby the effective spring rate in the rear.
Plus side is the bike will turn much better as you raise it back up.
Has the front been lowered as well, and will you be raising it a corresponding amount?

yes the front is lowered as well. idk how much. but if i raised it up 2in in the back, how much should i let the front be?
in another word. how much should i drop the front if the back is drop 1in

The same generally. Otherwise you will adversely affect the trail and rake.
It's all good. Post up your impressions when you mod it. :cheers
