has anyone heard of any recalls on 2003 r6???????someone said somethink about the coils?????cuz my bike suddenly runs like shit...

Check the sticky's threads.. I think there is a link to another R6 forum that has a tally of all the coil problems listing what their problem was and what not

The coils are the only one I know of. If you have an 03, take it to the shop and have them check the coils. There is a Tech Bulletin from Yamaha.
They should replace them with Mitsu coils from the denso I believe.
This should also be free of charge.

yep. and be prepared to wait for them as they will take thier sweet ass time with it. I ordered mine almost 2 weeks ago and nothing yet. since they don't make any money on this, it's not a priority for them.

yep it's been over a week and haven't heard shit ......... :cuss they told me 2 or 3 days :rant
