Hard to say without knowing your skill level, but at that weight, you're undersprung.

Technically, you should be at 1.0kg in the front, but since it sounds like you'll be doing more street than closed-circuit, you probably don't want an overly aggressive set-up for street, so I'd settle in middle with .95kg in the front, and work from there.

As far as which set-up to go with, I'd probably go with the Race Tech set-up simply because at a novice level, you'd be extremely hard-pressed to outride the OEM suspension components, assuming they're set-up correctly.
