: 03 R6 micron
Agusta02 03-18-2010, 06:44 AM So i picked up a high mount Micron for my 03 r6.
I thought install would be easy but that couldnt be farther from the truth
am i just an idiot or is this bracket just too big for the pipe?
I ordered the rubber gasket thing but i highly doubt its going to fill in the entire gap
anyone else have the same problem???

took it out for a rip the other day now that we are starting to get semi-decent weather around here. i'm definitely not used to it compared to the stock exhaust. as a bonus, people can hear me now and perhaps they'll stop pulling into my lane.

Captscooter 954 R6 03-20-2010, 07:49 AM i had a micron once.. on my 600rr.. the back of the pipe blew out.. literally.. apparently micron has huge issues with actually testing their pipes.. hope yours lasts.

thanks! it just had the paint redone, too, a couple of weeks ago... it had some road rash and paint was peeling off everywhere.

i hope mine was made on a monday like yours. i
when i was looking around for a new exhaust micron wasn't at the top of my list. but i found an offer for this one for $175 and it matched my scheme... i decided to jump on it.
