Am I not assembling it in a correct order? Am I missing a clip? The "lock tabs" (for better terms) on the underside is my culprit I believe. Any help would be appreciated...

As you can see where the spce is, right where it heads toward the passenger pegs.

Ah the beauty of taking something apart and realizing that it will never go back like factory. If I remember there is a little tab that should pop over the lower fairing, but don't quote me. But my first statement holds true to a lot of trim and small pieces on bikes and cars though.
