so i have a stock 07' R6 and or some reason the ride seems really rough...when im driving on the freeway i feel every single bump like i have welded the swing arm and forks. How can i make my ride a bit smoother?

I started with the base line, Had to Adjust everything from there. It is all about feel, no one can Tell you what needs to be done. but someone can SEE what needs to be done. Best bet is to find a local forum. They will have sponsers that will set it up for you, I have a few shops around me that do this. I did it on my own with the help of a buddy. It takes a lot of adjust, then ride, go home, adjust, then ride, go home, adjust, then ride....


EDIT: Most shops will set them up for about 50 bucks so plan on spending atleast that to have someone do it for you

how can i get my suspension to stock settings, a buddy of mine was messing with it a couple of years ago....i think he screwed it up..

The onwers manual has the factory settings in it...
