If your were going to begin upgrading the suspension.

Would you get the forks done first or the rear shock?

i would do it the same time. why hang up the bike 2 times? i would rather hang it up once. this is something i want to do but i dont do trackdays yet.... besides tuning the suspension is not really my specialty anyway. if there was a guide line to follow then i would consider it. until then the so called "race" settings for the stock parts works for me right now.

i remember Randy Mamola sayin "when ur leaned over in a bend 70% of movement is in the front end, so i'd go with the front FIRST, but it wont make that much difference if u neglect the back.

i'v just uprated my front suspension to a 25mm race cartridgehttp://www.k-tech.uk.com/rr_25ssktech.htm
But even when i was choosing which system to go with, all the experts kept saying that both ends of the bike need equal attention, i opted for a Ohlins rear in the endhttps://www.harris-performance.com/website/frameset2.htm
