rear height to front lower conversion

yo lads i read somewhere here the conversion but can't remember.
Is it 1mm raised at the shock equals 4mm dropped at the front?

the only way the front will get lower is if you loosen the trees and slide the forks up. i lowered the front of mine 1 inch. maybe you're talking about something i have no idea about. :?:
