thanks to ian and redline. these things look good and hold the bike very sturdily. the thing i was most impressed with was the shipping. dont know where they were coming from but they shipped monday afternoon and i got them thursday morning. do a search i have pics of it in the general discussions area. i also bought their sliders/spool for the rear and the rear stand fit nicely in there. thanks ian and redline, id do business with you guys again in a heartbeat!!!!

Got my front and rear stands today. I am very pleased with the quality of them and the sturdiness as well. I paid only $160 shipped for the stands and a set of swingarm spools, and had them in 3 business days!!

Sorry to see my baby go for the winter

yeah it sucks. i got a cover and everything, cant even see the bike except the bottom of the wheels haha. bike wont go anywhere if i wanted it to cuz its 20 degrees outside, and the battery is out. my garage is attatched but i figured i wouldnt risk it and id take it out. my friend has a charger ill throw it on there once a month to keep it in shape. anyway about the stands, i paid more just a little over 200 for the both plus the swingarm spools, you must have taken advantage of the sale. either way they are great stands. i dont see how you could spend 130-150 on a pitbull front or rear when you can get both redlines for slightly more. not like the quality is lesser, id be willing to bet after seeing how these redlines are holding up, their quality can stand up to the most expensive stands out there.

Yeah, it's about 20 degrees here too. I need to buy a cover and throw the Stabil in it, put a trash bag over the tailpipe, and throw a battery tender on it still. Love the attatched garage. I agree about the stands and I saved a lot of money buying them from Redline.

I looked at checkered flag, Handy, Pit Bull, and some others. I ordered the Handy's based on price. The checkered flag looked goot, but $25 shipping vs. $8. I know, I'm a cheap bastard. If the Handy don't work, I'll kick myself and get something else.

Isn't it crazy how you get all excited for stands...then realize that the bike will be on them ALL winter.

108 for front and rear stands from handy. Nice.
The only thing I see from checkered flag thats better is that the stands have a handlebar like the redlines.

Got mine from Redlinestands.com

Quality is as good as any stand I have seen in the store. They are sturdy as hell, look good, and are ready to be painted pretty much.

I didn't order any, I was just asking ppl if the checkered flag ones are good cuz you can get them for 100 + 25 bucks shipping for a front and back rear stand. The only thing that I noticed compared to the handy ones are that they have the handle bars like the redline industrial stands. I posted the link before i believe in this thread but here it is again.

I'd like to thank Ian and the boys at Redline for my newest purchase. Swivel stands which I purchased bare, and sprayed spray-on bed liner available at AutoZone for $7/can. I think they look good, what do you guys think?

Just recieved my redline stand...Im not too impressed as they dont even ship it in a box, Or even attempt to wrap some cardboard around it...All it had was 1 layer of bubble wrap that didnt do squat to protect anything

The powdercoat was detroyed and the stand looks trashed, They also didnt ship me my spools with my order..I contacted them and he didnt seem to care about the stand being damaged/dented due to not being packaged up for shipping..They did ship me my spools that they didnt ship

Kinda bummed, also it looks like whoever welded the stand welded 1 side just a slight taller than the other side as the bike leans kinda when on the stand

if i could go back in time i would just spend the extra 20$ on a much better looking stand sold at my dealership
