Just bought a 99 r6 with around 16,000 miles was wondering best oil to run.
(the manual says 10w30 or 20w40 or go synthetic?)

Hey bud. My Yamaha dealer recommends me to use 20w40 because of the high reving engine. It seems to keep mine running smooth.
