I got a carbon fiber d&d exhaust for an 05 r6.
i heard that D&D has a reputation for exhaust leaks and a usual solutions would be high temperature resistant sealant or welding it with stainless steel.

What do you guys do?

By the way, Clamps were already stripped/damaged after being tightened and loosened on different locations.

buy another exhaust. something besides d&d. we would like to keep our ears, or atleast have them go out with a nice sound.

where do they normally leak at?

umm, from both ends of the pipe where you're supposed to clamp.
I've already welded it with stainless steel and it's pretty good.
However, 2 cons,
I'll have to cut off the pipe at the end closer to the engine if
the person who buys it doesn't like D&D
i fall on the right side. :(
