I used Engine Ice, its already got the right amount of water mixed with it and you just poor it straight in, make my bike run cooler too!

NO, you have to mix it with distilled water. It's easy to do.

Is this for a trackday or racing? Most trackday organizers allow Engine Ice or Liquid Performance... I've used both with good results.

wera does not allow engine ice it still is formulated with Propylene Glycol rather than Ethylene Glycol but it still breaks down the track surface and cannot be complete cleaned from the track ....get in a crash on the track with anything other than water and water wetter spill on the surface and you will be paying a nice fine!
