I looked at some amsoil products bc i've heard it's very high quality stuff but i just found out it's sold through a multi-level marketing program like amway or whatever that company is. wtf? it makes me highly doubt the validity of their studies AND product. esp since the amsoil company owns other MLM programs with cleaning supplies and kitchen stuff. SHADYYYYY

Amsoil is a hydrid sales company that mixes direct sales together with conventional sales. There is not many companies that have ever done that successfully. I personally sell out of my home to cities, states, defence contractors, military, car dealerships, quick lubes, fleets, individuals, auto part stores, and about any other type business that wants high quality premium products.

As far as you not believing industry test data that they use and the naming of the brands who they test against, wouldn't you think that they would be sued if it was inaccurate? Why don't other companies name the names of who they test against instead of saying brand B or brand A?

i was talking about the above post. :dunce: As in, "I dunno what [that] means..." AKA "I dunno what [post #5] means..." AKA "I dunno what [it sure got my pants cleaner] means..." :D

either way, i found an unbiased study to ease my suspicions and it seems that amsoil tested as one of the best. i'm sold! sorry to come off harsh, i was just looking for some answers!

Ahhhh.... Sorry...

I am assuming that he is referring to AMSOIL being similar to Amway which is famous for their soaps...

But hey, I may be wrong about that too... LOL

Nothing wrong with Amway or Amsoil. Why do people live in a bubble? Shady things happen not only in MLM.

Why do people post messages that mean nothing? Why does everyone in here try to sell something? It is like some multi level marketing convention in here! Maybe they should rename it R U selling convention

For some of us, it comes down to more than just selling something. For me, I also enjoy helping someone if I can and I have also have made many friends and gone riding with some when they come through East TN.

It is more than just business for me.
