Well, finally got my pivot kit installed today! No thanks to the USPS, though :cuss . Initial Impressions Was excited to get this piece so that I wouldn't have to have that big ass diaper anymore plus it looked like a pretty trick piece. Has a R6 emblem that is backlit by 2 blue led's that also light the license plate so it was a logical choice for me. When I got the package, I thought there would be more to it, but there just really isn't anything to this piecce. It's the license plate bracket, some license plate bolts and an allen wrench. That's it! Even I couldn't screw this one up! Installation Um, there's really not much to it. You remove the passenger seat, unscrew the 4 bolts holding the older bracket in place, disconnect the license plate light, then you plug in the two LED's and then re-attach the kit with the 4 original bolts. What can I say. this was the easiest thing in the world. I've gotten rid of the big bulky mud flap and cleaned up my tail. Looks cool to me! Can't wait to see it at night with it lit up. Just a really well made piece and am happy with the purchase. And I'm really happy with the service provided by VFX. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from them again! http://www.r6-forum.com/albums/album01/abu.thumb.jpg or see the full size here: http://www.r6-forum.com/albums/album01/abu.thumb.jpg

All in all, I think it took three weeks. Really sucked waiting for it but since it rained that enitre 3 weeks, really didn't make a difference. VFX was really cool about it though. They actually sent me another one that is waiting for me at the post office. If you are interested, maybe there is something the 3 of us can work out. The second one took 2 weeks to get here. The USPS keeps telling me that it isn't guaranteed to get here in that timeframe (3-5 days) so what they pay for is the possibility that it might be delivered as advertised which to me is a crock.... I think they're just a bunch of lazy A$$holes........

Hey Guys, Customers have the option to select Xpress delivery with CanadaPost/USPS (3-5 Business Days Guaranteed) or FEDEX (1-2 Days delivery Guaranteed). Both shipments types include insurance & tracking. http://www.vfxkits.com/purchase.html#22 US customers who do not receive their package in the stated time will receive either full or partial shipping credit. As for 'penfold', USPS said his shipment was delayed because of the blackout??! They even gave a partial reimbursement for the shipment which was forwarded to him. This is very rare. VFX ships daily to destinations all over the US. Hope this helps, Sales VFX Accessories Inc www.vfxkits.com 1.877.VFX.KITS
