i'm after the EXACT dimensions of the rear brake reservoir cap and thread size/type.
when u go to a yamaha dealer they have those exploded pictures on there computers of yamaha parts and there dimensions, this must b on the web somewhere.
i'v found someone who will make me a billeted cap and engrave wot i like on there YEA! but the details need to b exact, no guess work or i'll b leaking brake fluid onto my back wheel.

the chassis manual (http://www.r6-forum.com/nuke/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=getit&lid=12) has the exploded diagram but I don't see any dimensions on it for the cap. It starts at page 7-24.

Can't you just give the guy a stock cap? Or let him borrow yours for a day or something to take the measurements?

Ya, why don't you just get another stock cap and send it to him? they can't be that much. that seems like the best thing to do cuz then he'll have no excuse if he messes it up. he can't say, "well, you gave me the wrong dimensions and thread pitch" or some crap.
