I use stumbleupon at work all day, everyday and I found this one. You guys may be able to take a pic of yourself at the track, or rossi or whatever you want and print your own poster.

You just upload the poster, tell it how big you want the poster to be and it will create a pdf file that you download. When you print the pdf file all you do is print it and put the puzzle together.

I haven't tried it but it might be worth a shot?
