Does anyone use elf oil for your bike? Is it good? I know it's one of the best out there for cars, but I don't know about bikes.. And what kind should I put in my 2006 R6 with 2,500 miles? Race/Tech? 10W30? I think that's what the owner's manual recommends.

I don't use it simply because I don't know of anyplace that sells it. So I use AmsOil

Ive not used it in a car, but have in the blade.
Seams ok.
In my 99 R6 I put 10w 40, just use what the manual suggests.

Every group test I have seen, Mobil 1 wins.

As long as it doesn't have the friction additives you should be fine
