Okay my stand came, I got my bike off the ground got the back wheel off and tire off of that, but now i cant get the rear seals and bearing out, its like theyre stuck in there, is there something im missing? the spacers came out fina along with the rubber absorbers. help plz!

Sounds like you may need to simply pry the old seal out. Just be careful not to ruin or distort the soft aluminum surface. As far as the bearings, often you will need to pound them out from the opposite side. They are pressed in or sometimes the bearing is put in dry ice before being put in. You may need to heat the wheel around the bearing. Just dont use a flame heat source. A heat gun will work fine combined with some ice on the bearing. Flip the wheel upside down, and tap out the bearing. Grease doesn't hurt, either.
