wow!!!... now i had to do a double take on that. hope it works out well for you. i hope you find a way to insulate or have a thermal barrier between the exhaust and your undertail plastics.

im not positive but i would be willing to bet he cut the midpipe and rewelded it. if so its behind the silver cover on the midpipe. :cheers

Yeah, where is the brakelight going to go?

Are you going to keep the stock can, or go with something smaller?

the brake light is gonna be homemade...it will be a strip across the top off the exhaust....the turn signals will be in the rear pegs....all LEDs

I know its ugly now...its gonna take more work to get it up in there more...but it was easy

nice mod. i like it. I also have a home made brake light mod. just got some leds and cut a section out of the tail section. put a plastic cover over the lights and WAM!! new brake light baby. From far away, it kinda looks like an R1 brake light. Only did this cause i got a Blueflame undertail exhaust and didnt like the brakelight, license plate mount, and blinkers that came with it. So, i put (recently) some leds in rear pegs, and mounted plate on side. Check in the led peg thread in a while when i put up the vid. :cheers

one way u could do your brake lights would be to get some brake lights from a suckzuki SV650S. they have two strips of LEDs for brake lights. might make a good starting point for makin some.

Anyone know where I can get undertail exhaust for a '00 R6 and NOT have the exhaust pipe wrap around from the outside?????

I don't think there is one.

I if there is it'll come with a new swingarm to allow the pipe to go up through it & its not going to be cheap.............
