Shield cracking

Anybody have a problem with a new helmets visor cracking? I have 5 ot 6 little cracks starting in the center of the bottom of my brand new helmet. should i return it or would this be my fault? I dont' think it is, and i'm very upset with it, havn't even had it for a week. Anyways, lemme know what you guys think. BTW, it's s shoei rf 1000. So trick. -CND GUY

I never heard of the face shield cracking. I'd say return it and see what they say. I got the shoei rf1000 too. It's a great helmet. The only reason I got scratches on the visor is because of various rocks flying at my face while I'm blazing through the canyons.
