June 9th I was ass kissed by the Toyota. I'm not going to post all of the pics of the accident, I'll just link the original thread to show what the bike looked like after the accident. 07 R1

This is my work in progress. I still don't know if I want to have her resurrected back for the street or make her track only. The only pieces of plastic that were salvageable were the air intake pieces. I picked up the swingarm and rear rim from the R1 forum and got the subframe from my mechanic. There's a ton of parts to list that I aren't salvageable so I'm just going to list things as I go along and replace them. So far with parts and labor I'm $800 into getting the R1 back together.

My new subframe, old rim and exhaust

When I got her home and unloaded off the truck

Plastics coming off and how she's going to most likely sit until I get to NY

So far so good. Can't wait to get more parts and see the final product. I'll update more when there is more work done and parts ordered.

This 3 day I was ripping it on the 07...I had her dialed in after I dropped the tire pressure a little and man was I in love with the bike so much...tipping in and exiting corners felt so good and natural...I definitely liked the 07 better....I honestly can't decide..I love both of them equally :fact

In the next couple days I'm going to be doing some part replacing on the 07. Swapping out the forks and putting the gold 09 forks on. I'll post up progress pics. Also the ECU is going in for a flash from BAUCE racing :YEA I have some other items on the list but I'll post them up once it gets closer to me getting them.

TL;DR but I'm writing it out anyways and asking for suggestions. I'm just going to compile a list of current and future mods that I'm wanting to do to my bike. Right now I'm only doing track days but once I move closer to a track I am wanting to get into the racing scene. This isn't going to be for at least 2 years, but why not get ready now. Here's what I currently have done to her:

Fren Tubo Type 3 lines front and rear
Agg Racing block off plates
09 Fork conversion
Evotech keyless fuel cap
Armour Bodies track plastics
Shermoto levers
Woodcraft Clip ons
Woodcraft case savers
Bohemian rearsets
520 DID chain w/ renthal -1/+2 sprockets
SBK rear brake reservoir kit
Keyless ignition conversion
Renthal dual compound grips
Graves 3/4 exhaust

I think this is the full list that I have on the bike. I know it's not much but I'm not rich so I have to slowly piece her together :laugh Here's the list of items that I'm looking to upgrade to when I get the money:

Ohlins steering damper
Ohlins rear shock
Ohlins front fork internals
Upgraded brake pads *
Upgraded front rotors *
Graves header to make a full system
Annitori RL quickshifter
Woodcraft rear sets

My ECU is being sent to Bauce Racing tomorrow to get it's flash

* Indicates that I'm open to suggestions for which brands to upgrade to

I'd like input from you guys as to any other mods that you would suggest for this build. I'm probably forgetting somewhere so please feel free to chime in with suggestions other than  Thanks

10 days ago was my 2 year "anniversary" ...totally forgot about it.

The rearsets aren't bad at all. They held up for a highside on the track, haha.
