hey guys i have a 2001 model and was thinking of getting a different exhaust. I have a yoshimura one on at the moment but am prety keen of getting a smaller one put on. Any ideas and thoughts?
Your question has been asked a out a gillion times. Do a quick search and you'll come across a Few threads that will cover you question.
In all honesty, I think it's a pointless question. Why? Because its your bike And more than likely, you'll end up doing what you like/want.
It all depends if you're looking for sound/performance/looks. If you want sound/looks.... Maybe a simply slip on will do for ya. If you're looking for actual performance numbers... Look into a full system.

yeah i see your point and is probably true but just looking for some ideas so i can look at a few different types ect. I dont know really too much about them and just trying to work out which ones would fit my year model cause i cant find many that say for 2001, or if just other year models will fit
EDIT: and all first generation R6 exhausts will fit your bike. If you don't know which years are the first gen, check the link in my sig about the difference between an R6 and an R6S.
