I bought some flushmounts from this seller 12/1/08. They were only $20 or so and I wasn't expecting anything out of this world as far as quality. But man these things were terrible. So I sent them back within the 7 days to get my money back. No big deal right...wrong. After waiting 2 weeks patiently I contacted the seller he tells me he is waiting for them to arrive, I live in the same state as where he does his business froma nd shipping through USPS takes 2-3days at the most it's been 14 days. I email him back a few days later he tells me he has recieved the signals but that he could not refund me the money because a claim had been filed through paypal, I had filed no such claim at that point so I know he's lieing. I go ahead and file a claim through paypal and his responce to my claim is that he has not recieved the item...Um no he already said he got them and a claim that was never filed magicly stopped him from refunding me my money.
In the end it's only $20 but I would rather let my fellow riders know when something like this happens so they dont have to deal with this BS. I'm going with some Greggs Customs flushies soon, should have done that from the beginning.
So yea i5motorcycle, add it to your do not buy from list, crappy product crappy service, straight up liers.
I'm a marketing major...And I have learned a lot about how to handle good and bad business experiences. In cases like this it's best to just handle things through the correct channels and leave it at that. In matters with a monetary loss that is so insignificant it's just not worth all the hassle to be honest with you. Just posting up my experience for future buyers to take this case into account that's all.
I did however let him know that our dealings will be a matter that several online communities will hear about. In the end it's not about the money it's the principle.
Here are the emails they sent me, I like the third email the most LOL. ____________________________________________________________

Those were in chronological order so you can see where he went from we have not recieved them to we tried to refund your money and now it's back to we never got them:screwy
I wouldn't drop the paypal dispute until you got paid. if they refund you thru paypal, paypal will close the dispute, no. email the company a link to this thread, show them word of bad customer service spreads fast.
I'd have put a delivery conformation on the returned product. this over 20 bucks, jeeez.
RUDE!!!! With what I've read I decided to call first, maybe I could go there to see the item I want to buy. He answered "What", did not want to answer if I was calling Global Motorsports, and when I asked if I could go there I got a verbal attack. Not call for. Their # 949-380-1971
