Hey everybody.
About three weeks ago, I traded my 01R6 in on a 2004 SV650S. I couldn't help myself. It was calling my name from the showroom. The R6 was a great bike (I particularly miss the suspension), but the GF is moving to town (read: lots of two-up in my future, plus a newb rider in the family who will want to ride my bike) and I've been doing less and less twistie carving and more around town duty. I'm finally past the break in and I have to say that the SV is FUN to ride with the entire rev range available.
I've always wanted an SV. The low end torque is awesome! Naturally, the R6 makes it look like a slug on the top end, but I'm enjoying it. Anyway I plan to hang around and enjoy reading the forum... its a great group of riders.
