By far one of the chittiest days I've had at a track.

Holy crap! It was bad, but not blow-bikes-off-stands bad out at CVR. There was sand everywhere though. When I was gearing up Sunday morning I literally had to dump it out of my boots.
The Star School was freaking awesome. If you go, definitely do the full weekend. Jason Pridmore is just an awesome dude. He very clearly loves teaching the school and getting out there and riding with people. His enthusiasm is infectious. Steve Rapp was there for awhile on Saturday. Some kids from AMA supersport do control riding.
There was a tremendous amount of motorcycle riding knowledge dropped on us. It was great getting feedback from people who ride at the absolute top level. Tons of track time. There were 68 people there, and we had 2 minor incidents over the course of the whole weekend. There's absolutely no ego, and things are really relaxed. A huge chunk of the classroom sessions is just Jason fielding questions and letting us steer the direction of the class.
Highly recommended. I'm gonna do a big write-up with tons of details and I'll post it up in the track section sometime later this week.
