Being a broke college kid ill explain how to do it the cheap way.
Once you have gas price and the price of the track day its easy.
10- gate fee
20.-electric hook up
20- suspension.
Food and water. Those prices vary depending on the track
Basically thats it. You can spend a lot more and bring a lot more but that covers basics.
Your tires depend on tread wear. I had about 7k street miles on mine and they said they looked fine. Plenty of tread on the sides.
All that only costs 50 bucks?! Thats awesome. But when you say 20 for suspension that means they'll just check it out or set it up for me? Cause that would be epic!
You should swing out to Ohio and try Nelson's. That part of the vid that the rider hit a few bumps looks like glass compaired to Nelson's figure that for almost 80% of the track , I mean what race track do you know that puts Rhino liner on it for better grip and to repair areas Nelson's does.

Idk what track you would go to but at Jennings its 10 gate fee, 20 electricity all weekend, and a vendor set all my sag and clickers for 20, 15 to get a tire changed. Including the 1 day I rode and new rear tire, gas..everything total was 300$
