Almost cutting out

I noticed that when my bike isnt warmed up and the throttle is so much as touched it dies..That has never happened before. Also when I am riding and I come up to a stop the RPMs go very low to the point where it almost dies but doesnt and then returns to normal.

I changed my airfilter, plugs and added smog block offs. I do have PC3 but while Iw as away the bike was taken in to the mechanic and from looking at the repair order it says he "took map out of PC since no exhaust installed."

I did a search sorry in advance. Could it be that since he took the map out it kind of screwed with the system?

Re: Almost cutting out

I have the same issue and still no solution. I took off my pc3, swapped fuel injectors thinking they were clogged, and ran seafoam through. Im wondering if it has to do with the butterfly valves? might be really off but my exup gives me the error code because I have a full system and disconnected it and im wondering if that affected the valves? interested in peoples theories!

You have a t-tuner mid pipe and they took out the map?? YIKES!

Get the MJS map uploaded in that puppy asap or send your ECU to OhioYJ and get the fuel map flashed right in.

He can also bump the idle a bit to help with the almost stalling, although probably a bandaid fix for the issue.
