Anyone in the Tampa Bay area able to loan me an Autotune when my stacks and exhaust come in next week? Or if someone is willing to ship me one I'll forward some money for them to hold until it is safely back in their hands.
Let me know guys. Thanks.

I have a really good way for you to come up with a full map for ya, once you get the autotune. You have the PCV already? You should do slide stops to go along with your stacks (and ignition advance rotor too) before you go to the trouble of making a map

Jamie, what is the point of the slide stops? I tried doing a little search and it appears it makes the acceleration a little smoother?
Pick- For a non racer here, I may enjoy the simplicity of the PC. At least the install was 10x easier....we'll see though!

The slides stops combines with the +4 ignition advance rotor get all the power back down low, that your velocity stacks caused you to loose, so now you got good power down low AND up top
They require BIG changes in the fuel map to work good.

You're talking about the intake sliders on the 08+ right.

I'll never understand where this "Bazzaz is for the racers" nonsense came from..
Pick I think there is a little mis understanding here. Having owned both I meant it from the standpoint of ease of installation, and IMHO the PC being a little easier to use. Whereas the Bazzaz seemed to have more settings to tune, something a racer would benefit from. I had the Bazzaz on my 6 and didn't have any complaints, except for the PITA install.

Guys, I have an 06 R1. I thought the stacks are going to help the low/mid torque issue with these bikes, not make it worse. Are slide stops good for the R1?
