Probably gonna be pretty much the same as the last 4 years. Guns have appeared to be pretty low on the O-man's agenda. I've never even heard him mention them. And he's still got a Republican House to deal with, so it's not like he's going to suddenly start shoving any piece of legislation he wants on the books.

Maybe so, but all it takes is for it to pass here in Cali and it moves on from there... This has been demonstrated repeatedly...

Maybe/probably not (was mostly said just jest), however, have you heard of Senator Leland Yee (D) and his SB249 little gift? That's mostly what I'm worried about....
I also don't like his stance (or statements) on reinstating the AW ban; talking "O-man"...
