my understanding is that is just a hole through the caliper bracket and a screw that goes into the axle adjuster to keep that bracket in place. i may have to look into this myself.

there are two 180deg apart. it is just a hole tapped for a screw on both sides, pretty simple.

we welded both mine today.. can't believe i didn't do this years ago! lol Tap and screw is a cleaner look for sure.
