06-07 lower triple clamp. fits 06 and later

clamp is in great shape. posting for a friend, but i looked it over. missing 2 lower bolts and not 100% on the seal (can see it's bent) but you should be able to use the ones from your current clamp. bearings are fine.
this is an 06-07 r6 (non S) clamp, but will fit 06 and later

item is sold.. yes, it was straight. if it were not straight i wouldn't have posted it for my friend. We put in on that metal workbench to kind of show the bottom is flush. Thanks
