danmoto exhaust?

brand new here guys and been doing some research...just got a '05, higher mileage and my first sport bike. I will prolly trade up next year but i would like it to be louder without putting in a lot of $$$...hence danmoto thread. Has anyone tired the JISU pipe? I cant tell if it will look good or not. Also, how are people doing running these without a tuner? Thanks

How would the Danmoto compare to the Yosh' pipe currently on my bike? I really want something louder so the idiots out there might hear me next to them before they decide to come right on over into my lane.

I own the jisu. I like the style and it has a good sound to it. Its loud enough if you were to wear ear plugs you can still hear it. The black on the muffler will get sun damage. So it changes to a blackish gold color. I think it looks cool though. I own the danmoto gp moto style but the welds on that muffler broke. These exhaust aren't the best Exhaust around but u get what you pay for. I have a power commander. But I know it wouldnt hurt if you didn't have one. It definitely helps though. Ill post some pics up later

Stubby conversion? I went with the GYTR. If you want cheap, pick up a stock one for $50 and it's still quite loud.

Got a 2007 Rsix with TBR aluminum slip-on with Pc3 and I measured 97.2dB @ 2 meters. Swapping over to DM carbon exhaust that I just bought. I'll be posting up a YouTube video comparison between the two.

Personally I find the Yosh pipe quieter than TBR. A buddy's 03 CBR registered 93dB when he got it tested. I've recently installed a DM XG-1 in my wife's Suzuki Gladius and got 103.4dB out of it.
