Need help with wiring

Hi, I am currently converting my 07 R6 to a track only bike. I have all the plastic off and I'm getting it ready for track plastic. I would like to take the front wiring harness (that goes to the instrument panel) and cut out all the extra wiring so it looks neater. I have figured most of it out but I don't understand one thing. At the ends of the wiring harness on each side next to the head light wires there are wired that just go to a small box and end there. What are these boxes for? Since there is one on each side I think it is for the headlights but I don't want to go cutting stuff out with out being sure. Can anyone tell me what that part of the harness is for? Thanks.


I have also removed the light switch on the left handle bar and noticed wires going between the clutch lever and the horn. I am also planning on removing the horn but I don't know what this electrical part is under the clutch lever. Can I take this off? I'm really not sure what it does.

That's what I was thinking for the first pic. For the second pic, looks like I will have to get creative. These wires are part of the harness for the light/blinker controls which I am taking off. Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove the light/blinker controls and maintain the correct wiring for the clutch switch?

I fixed this problem. It looked like those wires were running to the horn until I cut the wiring harness open. They just run to the plug, so I ran some extra wires I had and that fixed everything. All problems resolved. Thanks.
