Does race rails interfere standing position?

I am about to getting race rails(stunt worx). Does it interfere the standing position when you wait at the signal and move forward/backward with legs?

No, I have a set that came on my bike. At first I would bump my shins occasionally when stopping. I don't even notice that they are there now.

Re: Does race rails interfere standing position?

i concure . im 6ft 1/2 in tall, and i dont know there on the bike. i belive they may offer some protection from a side impact (t-bone) wreck. Some guys say they may cause the bike to flip. i dont track her so thats really not a concern for me. I had some frame sliders that failed in a low side to offer much protection. this was a step up. makes the bike look bad-ass as well.
